Outside the gym, Tommy is a proud family man with a wife and three kids — and a self-proclaimed foodie who genuinely loves to eat. His wife keeps him busy hunting down the trendiest restaurants on Instagram and TikTok, and honestly, that's half the motivation to keep training. Victor is the kind of trainer who makes you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. With 3 years of hands-on experience and a background in track and cross country coaching, he brings a unique blend of endurance expertise, strength training, and nutrition knowledge to every session.

Danny has always loved sports, fitness, and connecting with people since a young age. After playing sports throughout high school, he decided to study nutrition and physiology at UC Berkeley — giving him a deep scientific foundation that sets his training apart.
Since 2011, he has had the honor of training everyone from middle school kids, to D1 athletes, to wonderful moms, dads, and grandparents — and even a professional boxer. Whether your goals are centered around weight management, muscle gain, or training for a specific competition like HYROX or a marathon/triathlon, Danny has the experience and knowledge to get you there.
When not training others or himself, Danny loves spending time with his beautiful family — an amazing wife and two little boys with unlimited energy. 😄
